Who is Radiant's Client Services Manager?

The Client Services Manager is an outgoing, organized and detail-oriented individual who excels at all forms of communication (email, phone and in-person). They enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously, are results-driven and are motivated by successfully delivering above and beyond client expectations. They aren’t afraid to step outside of their comfort zone from time to time and challenge themselves in order to be successful in their role.

Position Overview

Full time, Salaried Position (starting at $55K, depending on experience)

The Client Services Manager is a full time position responsible for managing communication and campaigns for Radiant’s clients, and may manage up to 10 accounts at a time (accounts can vary in scope and hours).They are the primary point of contact for client contacts and incoming inquiries, and depending on project inclusions, manage deliverables themselves or work with SMEs. The Client Services Manager works closely with Radiant’s CEO to ensure client strategy and services are exceptional in delivering results.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Developing client campaign strategy
  • Client communications (calls, meetings, emails)
  • Retainer services management + project scope control
  • Project management with developers, designers and marketing assistant
  • Website  updates + copywriting 
  • Blog content creation
  • Social media content creation
  • Marketing automation development and management
  • Email marketing
  • Quotes and invoicing for clients
  • Process creation and organization

The Client Services Manager would be expected to:

  • Identify new ideas and opportunities for their clients
  • Create the supporting strategy to successfully execute on campaigns
  • Develop blog & social content in collaboration with clients
  • Manage, maintain & update client digital assets (i.e. website, HubSpot portal, social accounts, etc)
  • Execute and report on campaign performance, including optimization recommendations
  • Work with Radiant’s Founder to optimize client strategy and services
  • Appropriately and successfully represent the Radiant brand


  • High client happiness scores (client feedback collected semi-annually via surveys)
  • Setting and meeting deadlines for deliverables independently and with the team
  • Positive outcomes for executable, trackable campaigns
  • Initiating new opportunities and projects for existing client accounts
  • Successfully onboarding new clients assigned to them
  • Fully delivered client campaigns and recurring deliverables

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of agency experience
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Skilled communicator (written and verbal)
  • Ability to thrive independently and with a team
  • Past experience in customer service type roles
